Basics of Electric Circuits Course

Description of Basics of Electric Circuits Course

In this course one can learn series combination of resistors, voltage divider rule, parallel combination of resistors, current divider rule, wye delta conversion or star delta conversion of resistive circuit, Wheat Stone balanced bridge circuit, Kirchoff’s voltage law and Kirchoff’s current law, nodal analysis, loop analysis, supernode analysis, supermesh analysis and active and passive elements in the circuit.

I have done masters in Electrical Engineering in year 2005 from Indian Institude of Technology, Delhi. I have been teaching Electrical Engineering students since 2005 at Logic Gate Studies.

I am the author of two books, first is ‘ECE for GATE’ and Second is ‘Topicwise Solved questions of GATE Electronics and Communication Engineering’ both published by McGraw Hill India Pvt Ltd.

I take lectures on Circuit Theory, Signals and Systems, Electrical Machines, Analog and Digital Electronics, Electronic Devices, Microprocessor, Control Systems, Electromagnetic Field Theory and Antenna, Analog and Digital Communication Systems and Power Electronics.

All the topics have number of solved examples to have better understanding of the subject.

Who this course is for:

  • Electrical Engineering Students, Electronics and Communication Engineering Students

What you’ll learn

  • Student will be able to understand and solve the electrical circuit questions to achieve better grades

Reviews

This video lecture was very nice and i really enjoyed in understanding the basic concepts well because of more examples explained.

Brilliant course. Very very well explained. Good for freshers as well as for refreshing concepts. Speed is just perfect. Each step is explained properly. Good voice and video. Loved it. Thank you so much!

A good review of old studied material, for better understanding of currents and resistance.

An Amazing Course! Truly enjoyed it and I like the fact that there is so many examples!! Thanks so much!

Thanks for this free course but this needs more explaining please.. Like how to use this CDR.. Still a bit confuse.. Why dont we take the value of the resistor of the current we are trying to find? etc. Anyway thanks for this free lecture Sir..
